As a native of Orange County, California, Randy is no stranger to the Real Estate industy. Shortly  after aquiring a Bachelors’ degree in Journalism from the  Cal State University of Fullerton he quickly transistioned into the Real Estate coaching industry.  He began his career with the Esteemed Coach Mike Ferry where he served as the head of the coaching departement for 5 years.   He left to join the infamous Tom Ferry as was personally mentored daily and promoted to the in house coach.   Over the years He’s sold over 250 houses as a Realtor, worked with over 100 coaching clients, and even led the esteemed Josh Flagg Coaching academy where he served as the head coach. 

      His career has taken him to Louisville KY where he was the operations manager of a large high producing group for 4 years.  He then moved to Pennlslvanio to work with Carr , Cleaver and Flinchbaugh a team doing over 375 transactions a year, he served as their Operations manager for 2 years.  It was in Louisville that he met The owner of TBF mortgage and together they as a Realtor/Loan officer combo did over 100 transactions together, a true bond was created and the beginnings of a long term partnership were born.   He now serves as the Regional Manager for the state of Florida and has a growing team underneath him, he has over 100 closed transactions on the mortgage end… He is a true double threat.
